Ferris Wheel

Melaka has a new place to visit now. once a busy place where all people from different state meet, it has been an unknown or dead place after the bus terminal was shifted to Melaka Sentral.

Well starts today, there'll be a theme park situated right where the old bus terminal once crowded with people. the place will have a ferris wheel, called the Malacca Eye, (not as big as compared with Titiwangsa lake) pirate ship (a little similiar with Sunway ship, i forgot what it's name) and a bungy trampolin or so called trampolin bungy which has yet to be completed.

Food Testing at Everly Hotel

Went for my bro food test last weekend.

Preparation all was nice as expected from a 4star Hotel. hahaha
All of us was waiting for the food to come.

First dish will be "4 Hot n Cold Combinations".

Second dish "Braised Shark's Fin with Crabmeat Soup" (not real shark fin actually)

Third dish "Boneless Lemon Chicken"

Fourth dish "Steam Sea Bass Hong Kong Style"

Fifth dish "Butter Prawn with Oat"

Sixth dish "Broccoli with Trio Mushroom"

Seventh dish "Lotus Leaf with Fried Rice"

Last n not least dish "Longan Beancurd"

All the dishes are on par to my standard expect for the saltyness in the Shark's Fin n Broccoli dish. Also the chicks r bad as it taste not fresh at all. Well, the chef says he'll do better on the big day. We'll keep our finger crossed then.
All this food testing thing makes me crave for more. wuakakaka.
Getting plump by the next day, well need to slim down for the big day then.

Sydney, NSW, Australia Visit

Well had a visit to Australia on 23rd till 29th Sept, 2007. Purpose of visit....
Had to be company training.

Board my MAS flight from KLIA to Sydney Australia, Estimated time reached in 7hrs.

23rd Sept, 2007

Reached Sydney in the morning....
Zoom around for location to hotel. Looking for available transport. Reach hotel, n chk-in.

Visit Bondi beach in the afternnon... Amazing beach they had there. Nice place to go for beach escape. Had a great time walking along the seaside wandersing the sea n surfers surfing around.

Had time to view a fashion parade host by the ppl there. will visit again in future...

After training, had a walk around the training area Berry Square. Not much sight-seeing done. too tired of traveeling yesterday. hehehe

25th Sept, 2007

Take the train to from North Sydney to Circular Quay. had to transfer train from Wynyard during the trip.Destination reached. From there, walked to Sydney Opera House (SOH).
Had a great view from there. kind of relaxing. reminds me of my home, Portugese Settlement, (Bring back memories) It is a beautiful building. Nice architecture.

26th Sept, 2007

Went to the Darling Harbour. had long walk from there. The Animal soo is closed from public due to functions going on. had a snapshot on the koala. From Darling Harbour, i walk my way to the Paddington Market which was closed, Wat my luck... Never sad, went to Chinatown bought some keychains as souvenir. From there had a 2km walk to Cross Street to Hard Rock as i promosed sum1 to buy the small glass collection. Too tired to walk another 3km to townhall station back to hotel....

Final night in Sydney. No where to go, so head on to Darling Harbour. Luck was on my side. Darling Festival was goin on on that time. Got to view the beautiful fireworks n some brazillian cultural dance...

29th Sept 2007

Can't sleep. due to the liquor i had on the night before. 5am on my watch... Slept 4 hrs onli and the sun is already coming up. Went jogging by the bay. Cool morning... Went Luna Park (which was closed as it early morning, who the hell wake up that early). Got a great view of SOH from there. i wish i had more time there. 10am, Check out from hotel n make my way to airport for my flight to Malaysia.

One for the family

Been a long time now... here's the ex - family of DELL Asia...
Will cherished the moments i had. One yr working seems like yesterdays work...
Work life balance, well we can get it sum of the times, but not all the times there.

A promising job if one seeks to learn from there. Cheerful, helpful n outgoin ppl workin 2gether making life moving simple as it goes... Monday blues will not come if u nvr try to be in the team...

Will be great to be working wf such a team again in my future job...
