Do not buy Mazda from Unrespectful SA


Unprofessional-ism work ethic from Sales Agent from Melaka.
Hello there,
I'm a new owner of a M2 which i had recently bought from a distributor from Melaka.
As Melaka has only one distri to sells mazda car, i had no choice but to buy from them.
When I first met the SA, they were happy to attend me to the new M2, to which I was amazed of the car.
When I ask on what colour option, he mentioned that only 4 colours is available for me to choose.
To my dismay Red is not offered here in Malaysia as said by him. So I've booked a Metropolitan Grey from him. Date of booking is end of April 2010.

Later I found out there are Red M2 cars for me to choose. He mentioned that he needs to special order for this car.

The waiting period of my M2 car is 2 mths.
When the car is allocated to me, the car was driven down by the said SA to Melaka. I was sad to hear there are no delivery using a trailer or a lorry from Port klang to Melaka.
My horror came when i look at the car, it has a lot of stone chips at the front and some scratches from the driving.
I was afraid the car was driven in a manner of recklessness by the SA.

He mentioned that there are no lorries to transport them down. Is this true from Mazda? And next days.. more cars coming down using car trailers.. WTF. Liars? Never buy from liars

I too be dissapointed had to accept the car with a sad look. How could you provide a good service to me later?

When i ask for some opinion on the car warranties and so forth, he was not willing to answer and just left me there dumbstruck. Where is your manner to help answer a potential buyer?

Also when i ask on the Club card offered by Bermaz, He said there is no such card.
He is not even willing to offered a help to ask around.

I am dissapointed by the way of handling from this SA. I had no faith in dealing with any mazda SA anymore. I am also afraid to service the car as i am afraid the SC personnel will act the same way.
I hope Mazda to look upon this matter seriously as this unethical work is shooing away potential Mazda customers / potential buyers.

Write a complaint letter to their HQ.
Stated all the information including the name of the SA, take picture of the scratches on the car.

But wondering why you didn't report to the SA manager immediately?
